Cancellation Policy – The Oxley Estate

All reservations made at The Oxley Estate are strictly non-refundable.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree that:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

• All bookings are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be permitted once a booking has been confirmed.

• In the event of a cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

Guests are strongly encouraged to ensure their travel plans before booking, as non-refundable reservations generally cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

The Oxley Estate reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements or a refund may be offered at management’s discretion.
